Summary
Whilst not formal training posts these jobs are either generated from gaps in the training programmes or established trust posts. The Trust is committed to the educational development of medical staff within this programme. Candidates will be assigned an educational supervisor. Candidates will have access to study leave and the opportunity to undertake/participate in one or more of the following: QIPP Medical teaching roles including simulation Research (where offered) Dedicated FY3 teaching programme and journal clubs Exposure to clinics / procedures EWTD and New Deal compliant Rotas Procedural skills such as Thoracic USS, Echo Medical Education course with the University of Reading (PG Cert Ed)
