Associate Corporate Finance Director

Due to the group’s continued success, we are looking for a charismatic, engaging and ambitious Associate Corporate Finance
Director to join our team at our modern head offices in Bolton.
About the Role
As Associate Corporate Finance Director your duties will include:
* Managing a portfolio of clients
* Regular communication with clients and potential acquirers
* Negotiating offers and complex deals
* Delivering an exceptional level of customer service
* Building relationships with clients, trade acquirers, private equity investors and other professional advisers
This is a varied role, where no two days are the same, and is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven person looking to
develop their career.
About You
* You will ideally have a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CF) however this is desirable not essential
* 3-5 years post qualification experience with time spent in a corporate finance role – lead advisory/transaction services
* You may have experience of working within the Corporate Finance team of a top 20 accountancy practice, other sell-side brokers,
PE investment houses or Corporate Finance boutiques
* Experience of taking a leading role in M&A transactions, from either the buy side or the sell side.
Key skills required for the role are
* Self-motivated and able to manage your own time effectively
* Ability to work under pressure
* IT literate – experience using basic Microsoft package essential
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
