Summary
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to work on a large-scale 4 story residential block in maida vale. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the project from start to completion. This is a 18-month opportunity with potential for continued work on future projects.
About the Role of Project Manager
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in the build of the RC frame and will be reporting to the Director with a Senior site manager and Site Managers reporting to him. Working on a high-value project, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering excellence in construction.
Requirements for Project Manager
To be applicable for the role you must possess a valid SMSTS and CSCS card. Experience on high value residential projects is key.
