Your new firm
Our fantastic international client is looking for an experienced associate private client lawyer to join their well-established private client team based In Cheltenham. Their great client base ranges across multiple sectors including investors and entrepreneurs, landed estates and heritage property, along with professionals and senior executives.
Your new role
In your brilliant new role, you will be working in their well-established private client department. While managing a varied and substantial caseload that comes with this role, you will also be responsible for providing practical and commercial legal advice to clients. You will also be actively working towards business development, including identifying client opportunities, marketing, presentations and pitches.
As you grow in your great new role, you will develop broad experience in tax, trusts and succession advice, whilst developing a more specialised expertise in the type of work that the team's core client base requires.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced England and Wales private client solicitor or CILEx Lawyer. Along with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail, you will have a client-focused approach and the ability to balance priorities between your caseload and business development responsibilities. STEP qualification is advantageous but not required.
