Summary
Kingswood School Foundation are looking for a key holder to ensure our buildings are well-maintained, safe and secure, and to be responsible for a variety of operations and compliance tasks.
If you have at least 4 years’ experience in a building maintenance or caretaker role, and have a trade qualification, we would love to hear from you.
This is a full-time post working 37.5 hours a week, all year round. The caretaker will be required to be part of an on-call rota.
The salary is between £28,000 and £33,000 per annum, depending on qualifications, skills and experience, with staff benefits including free lunches, refreshments and parking.
