Summary
Job Overview
-Provide dedicated administrative support to a Mitie team to ensure effective and efficient operation as
directed by your line manager. The role will encompass the delivery of wide variety of tasks, with a focus of this
role being the deliverance of excellent administrative service.
Main Duties
-Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies
· Act as a central contact for the team, fielding and redirecting calls where required
· Management of documents uploaded to the Shared Drive
· Population and submission of weekly Timesheets for all staff
· Co-ordination of Waste Service bookings and issuing of relevant
· Ensure that complaints are dealt with appropriately
· Answer all telephone calls both internally and externally in a professional and timely manner ensuring that all
messages are returned appropriately
· Organisation of Vehicle Servicing and management of bookings for Fleet cars
· Recording of all Annual Leave requests and Absence records
· Franking of outgoing Mail from site
· Processing of PPE, Uniform and Stationary orders
-Minute Taking · Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that are deemed required by the business in supporting the daily operation of the contract.

· IT literate - experience in quality & performance measurement systems
