Salary: £140 - £220 Per day

Qualifications: PGCE, QTS, QTLS

Job Duties:

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Maths lessons to students
• Assess and evaluate student progress to provide constructive feedback
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching strategies
• Participate in school events and meetings as required

Required Qualifications:

• PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education)
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• QTLS (Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills)

Experience:

• Have previous experience working as a Teacher or within a Secondary School setting
• Previous experience teaching Maths at secondary school level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of students and respond to changes in educational practices or policies
• Understanding of educational technology and its integration into classroom instruction

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of the national curriculum for Maths
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to differentiate teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Passion for supporting student learning and development
• Have good understanding of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
