Summary
I am a young girl living in Morriston. I have Down Syndrome. I don’t use words, but my Mum and school are helping me to learn new words and some sign language/ Makaton. Mum speaks Spanish. I’m very friendly and love cuddles. My favourite things are music and playing with sand and water… it might be fun to visit the beach sometimes. I don’t like having messy hands… but I do like to dance… and run around (I’m very fast and very busy). I need to be closely supervised as I might run away or put things in my mouth. I’d love a PA who would dance with me and enjoys nursey rhymes, someone who could help Mum look after me at home or take me to the park or other places I’d enjoy. It’s important that my PA can drive, but we won’t always need to.
Hours of work:
6 hours per week x 52 weeks per year
10 miles per week mileage.
PA - Thursday: 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM - Collect from school. Friday: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Collect from home.
Male or Female.
Rate of pay: £12.75.
