LTF Recruitment are currently collaborating with a primary school, and we are looking for a part-time swimming coach, we are looking for an enthusiastic Swimming Coach to lead engaging swimming sessions for primary school children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in swimming instruction, a passion for working with children, and the ability to create a supportive and fun learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver swimming lessons that cater to students of varying skill levels and abilities.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students to help them improve their swimming skills.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and maintaining a vigilant presence during lessons.
- Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students regarding lesson schedules, progress, and any relevant concerns.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a swimming instructor or coach, preferably working with children.
- Recognised swimming coaching qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and promoting physical activity and water safety.
Schedule:
- Part-time position, 1 day a week.
