Engage Education is supporting a specialist school in the Staplefield area who are looking for Behaviour Mentors to join them. It is a special school catering for boys from age six to twelve with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties and Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC), including those with Asperger's Syndrome and those with a diagnosis of ADHD.
It is the job of support staff to provide a secure, consistent, structured environment where children can work to overcome and manage those issues in order to engage in education and achieve their potential.
Due to the location of this School, the ideal candidate will need to be a driver, as it is not accessible via Public Transport.
Your Role:

Supporting learners on a one-to-one basis often with complex learning needs
