We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Worker to join a Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision, focusing on Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) support.

Position Overview: As a Youth Worker within our SEN provision, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with SEMH needs. Your daily activities will revolve around providing guidance, assistance, and a safe environment for these individuals to thrive. You'll be making a real difference in their lives and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-on-one or group support to young adults with SEMH needs.
- Creating and implementing tailored support plans.
- Promoting emotional well-being and positive mental health.
- Assisting in educational and recreational activities.
- Building strong, supportive relationships with students and their families.
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- An active DBS check on the update service or a willingness to obtain one.
- Previous experience working with individuals with SEMH needs (beneficial).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for working with young adults.
