Neighbourhood Manager in West London
The hourly rate is £26.56ph PAYE
This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will work with the local residents and resident associations to deliver housing services that will develop the area into a model community.
They will demonstrate passion and drive to deliver an excellent service to customers at all times that results in increased resident satisfaction. Show strong customer focus, especially in the particular circumstances of the Grenfell tragedy, demonstrating sensitivity to local issues and deliver service improvement projects across the Neighbourhood Team working with other departments and suppliers to get great outcome for the LW residents.
Acting as first point of contact for housing issues received from the LW residents and reporting service issues to suppliers and monitoring the resolution of agreed activities.
