Business Services Engineer in Redditch
The hourly rate is £18.81ph PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: 1234
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of cyclical maintenance, service and monitoring of Mechanical and electrical systems to comply with all current statutory regulations and good building maintenance practices.
They will prepare and administer Mechanical service contracts to effectively manage the cyclical service schedule of Mechanical plant and equipment undertaken by contractors to ensure it is in completed on time and meets statutory requirements and good industry practices and will effectively interpret cyclical service reports and allocate consequential service works to contractors and to manage and maintain asset records associated with the Mechanical cyclical services
