Our client, a leading technology manufacturer, are looking for a Graduate Customer Services Executive to join their fast-paced team. As a Graduate Customer Services Executive, you will navigate the complexities of customer inquiries with expertise and precision.
Hours of work are shifted across Monday – Friday, 9am – 7pm, and once every three weeks working a Saturday 9am – 5.30pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Graduate Customer Services Executive, you will be:
· Communicating with and responding to customers about incidents, events, and requests, demonstrating excellent levels of customer service
· Taking action to provide solutions which solve complex problems permanently
· Analysing, diagnosing, and resolving all errors, faults, and incidents
· Consistently recording accurate information to support improvements and decision making
· Prioritising and managing several open issues and incoming calls
· Providing excellent customer service, building a good rapport through open and interactive communication
· Supporting the next generation of senior ambassadors to provide excellent customer service
WHAT YOU NEED
To be considered for the role of Graduate Customer Services Executive, you will need:
· A Bachelors Degree
· Previous experience in a customer facing role
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Excellent organisation and time management skills
· The ability to work well under pressure
· A warm and friendly disposition, with the passion to help customers
· The ability to create and develop good rapports with customers
