Commercial Account Handler | Romsey – Office Based | Full Time | Monday to Friday 9am-5pm | £32,000 - £38,000 Per Annum

As an Account Handler, you'll play a pivotal role collaborating with a talented team of professionals. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely client renewals, administering claims efficiently, brokering new risks, and providing excellent customer advice.

What will your role look like?

In this role, you will:

• Support Account Executives to achieve and exceed budgeted income
• Ensure timely renewal documentation and client Risk Registers
• Proactively manage client relationships to exceed service standards
• Identify and maximize cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold industry standards at all times
