Summary

We are WR Fundraising Recruitment and we are proud to be working with the Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) to find their new Individual Giving Manager.

We can confidently say that the development and support you’ll receive from RBLI is truly outstanding. RBLI have ambitious plans to grow their individual giving programme, and want the new Individual Giving Manager, to support them with this. We are on the lookout for an Individual Giving Manager, to lead on the strategic development and management of all individual giving income streams. RBLI’s individual giving team has been testing campaigns to recruit new supporters to make donations.

This is an exciting time to join the charity as the Individual Giving Manager, as you will be leading their up-and-coming income stream, building on the activity and leading on creating engaging communications. You will be joining a positive, supportive culture – what more could you want?

Individual Giving Manager
Full-time Permanent
Kent, Hybrid
Salary – Up to £42,000

Key responsibilities of the roles will include:
• Leading the individual giving income stream
• Leading on creating engaging communications to encourage long-term support
• Developing a multi-year individual giving strategy to grow their donorbase
• Develop and strengthen RBLI’s one off and regular giving income
• Creating stewardship plans for supporters including one off and regular givers
• Further developing the legacy, in-mem and mid value programmes
• Managing 1 Individual Giving Executive

The ideal candidate for this role will:
• Have extensive experience within individual giving, across multiple channels
• Be an experienced Individual Giving Manager who can hit the ground running
• Have demonstrable experience in acquisition, donor development and an understanding of other income streams (in-mem and legacy)
• Have the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns from start-finish
• Possess excellent relationship building skills with supporters
• Have great attention to detail, strong organisation and time management skills
• Be confident and personable, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
