Summary

We are now looking for a Claims Handler to join our Dublin based team. In this customer facing role you will be working with the team looking after Warranty, A&H and property claims plus much more, in an environment where you are supported and encouraged to do your best work.
Qualifications and Skill set required:
Previous experience within the Insurance sector working within any area of claims.
Great communication skills - both verbal and written - coupled with a dedication to delivering top-tier customer service.
Experience of using all Microsoft Office programs and strong general administration skills.
Good attention to detail as well as being eager to learn and have a proactive mindset that embraces creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.
A strong work ethic and a positive attitude are fundamental.
To be successful in this role you will need is a can-do attitude with high energy level and a passion for customer service as well as a proven ability to work as part of a collaborative team. Strong analytical skills and good negotiation skills are preferred but not essential.
