Summary

Location: New Century House, West Street, Gateshead, NE8 1HR

Hours/Work pattern: 35 hours per week (five days out of seven)

Contract: 6-month fixed term contract

Do you have a passion for fashion and experience in a customer facing role? It's an exciting time right now in retail at the BHF and we’re looking for a proactive and driven Assistant Store Manager to join our store team in Gateshead.

About the role:

Leading by example and confident working within a fast-paced retail environment, our Assistant Store Managers contribute towards the success of their stores by:

Ensuring highest standard of customer service
Achieving targets and maximising sale
Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising
Maximising multi-channel and online sales
Supporting the store manager to actively recruit volunteers
Achieving expectations within campaign activities
Working with the manager to generate stock

This position is for 35 hours and includes some weekend working on a rota basis.

You'll join the team on a 6-month fixed term contract.
