Summary

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is one of the largest trusts in the UK, providing services to over 2.5 million residents and providing specialist services for a further 3-4 million people across the region.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Chief Operating Officer’s team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. The post-holder will be responsible for leading the Corporate Elective Pathway Team and will support our Clinical Divisions to deliver on a challenging yet exciting Elective recovery agenda. This is a real chance for a talented and ambitious leader to influence patient experience and outcomes at a Trust level in an organisation with an excellent track record in delivery of Elective access.

As an experienced leader, you will bring a well-developed track record of operational delivery in a complex acute setting alongside expertise in performance improvement and clinical transformation. Knowledge of Elective pathways is an advantage; however the ability to influence across a large organisation, build effective relationships and drive change is more important in this key leadership role. You will also work closely with partners across the ICS and will be supported by an established team with great working relationships across the Trust.
