Summary
The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join our team in West Berkshire. This important and rewarding role will provide you with significant scope for learning, within a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals. As the Clinical Administrator, you will support the service with a range of tasks associated with running a smooth and effective clinical service.
To be responsible for generating and voiding prescriptions for the service; postal and other correspondence to local GPs and pharmacies; taking minutes at clinical meetings; and assisting with quality and compliance audits.
To work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring adherence with all Via policies and Safeguarding principles.
To achieve this, you will have strong administrative, communication and organisational skills and be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and external parties.
