Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen at North Herts Council for an entry-level position within the Leisure and Active Communities team. Duties will include:
Supporting the team to develop initiatives that will enable more of our residents to participate in physical activity and sport.
Helping us to map existing opportunities for physical activity and identify where there are gaps.
Assisting us to find out from our local communities what opportunities for physical activity and sport they would like to see in North Herts.
Working with us to promote local opportunities for physical activity and sport through website development, social media channels, channels and other advertising opportunities.
Supporting the delivery of physical activity projects and events around North Herts.
Assist the team to monitor our leisure contracts.
As part of your employment, you will study for and complete a Level 3 Community Sport and Health Officer apprenticeship.
