If so, then we have a rare opportunity for you to join Quarriers as a Joiner and help maintain the people we support homes, services, and offices we operate from!
Your new opportunity
Quarriers are currently recruiting a full-time permanent Joiner to carry out a joinery repairs and maintenance as well as general building work to a high standard. You will be working closely with an experienced and skilled maintenance team to support ongoing trade work and repairs across multiple services when required. With an office based in Quarriers Village you will be given access to a company vehicle and required to carry out works within a scheduled deadline.
As a Joiner at Quarriers you will be visiting multiple services, sites and properties to determine what work repairs are required, you will also communicate and liaise regularly with staff and the corporate services team providing a high level of customer service and advise related to planned work.
Working pattern: This is a full time, permanent role working 39 hours per week, starting at 8am – 4:30pm. You will have a base in the morning where you will meet with the maintenance team and require candidates to be flexible to carry out work within agreed limits as required.
What you will need to bring to the role
Knowledge and experience of all types of joinery work
Experience of working in a similar role and understanding of all types of building work
Excellent communication skill to develop and maintain relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.
A full clean driving licence is essential.
