Summary

This post is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join Wrexham University Estates and Campus Management team. We are looking to recruit a Part time casual site assistant at our Northop Campus who is reliable and professional. The post holder will report to the Site Services Supervisor and will assist a wider team in maintaining the Campus to a high standard and provide high quality customer service.

A key part of the role is to provide access to the facilities this will require some evenings and occasional weekend work. The Casual Site Services Assistant will also be responsible for the opening and closing of the buildings, having ensured that the facility is prepared for the next day’s business then secured and alarmed for the next day.

The post holder will act as key holder for the Campus and therefore may be required to be on call.

Experience of working within a customer facing environment and good administration skills are essential.

A knowledge of Health and Safety would be an advantage.

The ability to speak the Welsh Language is desirable but not essential as training will be given if required.

The hours of work are flexible to meet the needs of the business but typically would be four hours daily with at an average of 15hrs per week.
