Summary
We are currently seeking a part time permanent Aviation Security Officer at Aberdeen Airport
The hours are approximately 20 hours per week – worked over 3 days shifts between 5.30am and 1.30pm, overtime hours available and a degree of flexibility is needed to cover holidays/sickness.
Rate of pay £13,388 PA
To undertake required security searches of passengers and their luggage to ensure that items being carried are compliant to regulatory, Bristow and client requirements. This involves both hand searches, and the use of x ray equipment.
Previous experience of working in an aviation/ security operational environment is highly desirable, but full training can be given. However, candidates must have experience in working in a front facing, customer service focussed position, and enjoy this type of role.
All applicants must be eligible to work and live in the UK and be able to pass a DBS check.
