Summary
We are in need a reliable and conscientious gardener who may also required to carry out some cleaning.
Duties will mainly be gardening and grounds maintenance of various sites normally comprising the grounds in blocks of flats. This will include mowing, strimming, weed control, trimming and cutting shrubbery. The gardening can vary from fairly basic to more complex where we provide other services such as treating lawns and planting shrubbery.
The cleaning duties relate to communal areas such as landings and stairwells.
We operate mainly in teams of two.
All equipment and clothing is provided.
This is a full time role Monday to Friday of 40 hours a week with 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
Payment is made at the end of each month.
Applicants should consider practical distance and time to travel to West Wickham BR4 as there is no point in applying if you can't get to the job.
