Summary
Our client a global leader in energy projects have current vacancy for a fulltime Office Assistant starting 3rd June 2024 based within the Evanton area of the Highlands on an agency on going basis.
The main purpose of this role will be offer administrative and office support to the wider team ensuring of efficiency and smooth running of operations day to day.
Main Duties (not limited to):
Overseeing hospitality duties i.e. booking and setting up of meeting rooms, ordering lunches to suit all dietary needs, meeting and greeting visitors to the site, showing them to meeting rooms
Maintain stationary levels, ensuring there is always sufficient materials available, taking receipt of orders, organising stationary storage & placing of orders
Assist with visitor and contractor inductions
Setting up of wing offices for clients coming to site, ensuring they have the correct IT equipment, keys and stationary etc
Data collection, which may include vehicles on site to be checked against recorded data
Assist with the processing of timesheets
General office duties such as, Filing, photo copying, scanning and any other general administrative tasks that are set out by management
The ideal candidate should:
Have similar experience within an office support role
Be courteous and comfortable communicating with colleagues and contractors alike
Have the ability to organise their own workload, as well as being able to prioritise daily tasks
Be confident in their computer skills, and comfortable with MS Office packages such as Word, Excel & Outlook
Working hours will be Monday to Thursday 0800 - 1700 Friday 0800 - 1200 approx.40 hours per week paid at a rate of £12.00 per hour.
