We are currently looking for a Female Care Worker (Enabling calls) to join our team in Cramlington to help us make a real difference to our service users lives.
Section 7(2b) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 applies that there is a genuine occupational requirement for female staff for this position.
The Role:
As an Enabling Care Worker, you will provide crucial care and support to our service user in their own home, to assist them in all aspects of their daily life. Such as medication support, meal preparation, companionship, accompanying the service user for shopping or on outings and domestic support.
Part-time
Set days & hours
Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays
Call times: 8am - 1pm

If you’d like to join us, you’ll need to have:
To be considered for this role you must have a Full UK Driving Licence.
Must be confident in driving a mobility van & be over the age of 30 for insurance purpose.
Have the right to work or currently live in the UK.
No experience is necessary as full training is provided.
