Our Home Improvement Agency Services (HIA’s) are dedicated to designing fit-for-purpose adaptations to properties enabling clients
to live independently.



We work closely with Local Authorities and Social Care Organisations providing a complete outsourced service that significantly
reduces costs, delivers better quality and an enhanced customer experience. This role is based within our Bletchingley, East
Surrey.



Millbrook Healthcare provides services which support people to remain in their home as independently as possible. We are looking
for a Caseworker to support our clients with applications for minor and major adaptations, joining our team in Dorset.



What are we looking for in an Administrator?

This role will support the HIA contract by ensuring Customers and Prescribers receive a professional level of customer service and
to deliver an exceptional Customer experience. You we be responsible for:

* Efficiently and accurately managing orders received
* Ensuring all calls received into the service are answered professionally and courteously
* Taking handy-person and telecare orders via email and over the phone
* Managing inboxes
* Updating databases and systems as required including keeping customer records up to date and attaching new documentation
* Interpreting customer requests and identifying relevant services to meet the identified need
* Responsible for the daily efficient running of all administrative operational systems within the clerical area of the service




To be considered for this position you must possess and be able to demonstrate the following experience:

* Computer literate with experience of using MS Office and databases
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Team player, supportive of colleagues
* Able to influence others and resilient enough to deal with disgruntled customers
* Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently and accurately under pressure
* Professional, assertive and pleasant manner in dealing with external and internal customers and contacts
* Excellent telephone skills

* 32.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
