Are you a skilled and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for a flexible daily cover role?
We have lots of exciting opportunities for dedicated HLTA’s to join Tick Education in Luton and surrounding areas and support our school on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to teachers and students in various classrooms across the school.
Deliver pre-planned lessons and activities in the absence of the regular classroom teacher, ensuring a smooth continuation of the curriculum.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour management to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Support individual and small groups of students with their learning, providing targeted interventions and guidance.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide feedback to the regular classroom teachers.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications and certifications as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
Proven experience as an HLTA, preferably in a daily cover capacity.
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to different classrooms and work effectively with different age groups.
Flexibility and reliability to be available for daily cover assignments.
