Summary

We are currently looking for experienced Support Workers for a range of premium clients in the area! We are looking for reliable, kind and compassionate individuals to join our outstanding team in providing the best care for our clients. Phoenix Care staff are a family owned and ran company who provide staff throughout the Midlands, Lancashire and Cumbria.


Daily duties vary but often include:

• Assisting with meals and/or mealtimes
• Helping with personal care such as washing, dressing, hair, mouth and skin care, eating and drinking and with going to the toilet.
• Escorting clients to an activity or a medical appointment
• Chatting and engaging with relatives and providing care updates
• Companionship and being a friendly face around the home
• Helping with household tasks such as laundry
• Shopping as well as support in their Community Services

Requirements:
• Minimum 12 months experience in a care role (Paid & in the UK)
• For Immediate starts only, a current active DBS dated within the previous 9 months. Our 24/7 support team can assist with any re-applications!
• A driving licence and own car is beneficial but not essential
