Leadership position - Term time only - Level 3 qualified
We are looking for an Assistant Manager who can ensure quality opportunities for our children. Are you level 3 qualified in childcare, want to make a difference? Have energy? Confidence and enthusiasm?
We are a multi-award winning set of small, unique, family style pre-
schools for 2-5 year olds. We now also have a creche that is open
mornings Monday to Saturday for 1-8 year olds and holiday clubs for 2-
8 year olds.
We are not a large corporate chain and pride ourselves in the
partnerships that we have locally. Across our pre-schools we have won
the Top 20 in the UK and London for small nurseries, recommended by
parents. We have achieved the Early Years Quality Mark Award for as
many years as we can remember!
You will ensure that your small team thrive in the room and outdoors! Working closely with the manager you will know your staff, children and families and be able to offer quality care. As an assistant manager you will ensure that policies and procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively. You will bring energy and fun to your team and know that team work makes the dream work!
