Summary
You will assist with collating lists of patients to be discussed at Multi-disciplinary team meetings and ensure all relevant detail for the discussion are available or have been requested. You will need to work to tight deadlines so that team members prepare for their role in the meeting. In addition you will carry out basic tracking tasks including adding and updating patient pathways to our cancer waiting times system, particular for cervical screening patients. To support the MDTs, you will request radiology imaging if diagnostics have been carried out elsewhere and are responsible for the electronic transfer of radiology images to other NHS Trusts. You will also export MDT outcomes from our Cancer Information System (Somerset) following the meetings and upload these forms into the trusts scanned record system, CITO.
