A day in the life of…

As Finance Controller you will prepare monthly management accounts, manage sales ledgers, participate in the hotel forecasting process and hotel budget processes, supporting the forecast of payroll and expenses as well as reviewing and challenging the revenue forecast as appropriate. You will Compile a monthly cash flow forecast and monitor bank transactions as well as attend Owner and Management Company meetings as required.

Based in the Novotel Leicester you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

What do we need from you?

As financial controller, You'll be expected to oversee all financial activities of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with the team. Effective communication and collaboration with other departments are also essential.
