Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children in our nursery.
Duties:
- Supervise and engage with children in various activities, including playtime, mealtime, and personal hygiene.
- Use observactions and understand when to step in with an activity and when to allow free play
- Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's daily activities and progress
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or equivalent
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Ability to work well as part of a team
