Role Responsibilities
The food & beverage supervisor will report to the food & beverage manager. This role encompasses a wide array of duties from guest interaction, creating creative cocktails, perfect personal presentation standards. Outstanding attention to detail and ensuring swift service and high standards are upheld to guarantee guests have a comfortable and safe stay.
• Passionate about hospitality, food, beverage, customer service
• a professional, guest-centric, enthusiastic individual with bags of personality to work in our food & beverage departments.
• Flexible in approach to both work and hours of work and a willingness to train and learn new skills.
• Provide prompt service and actively seek opportunities to drive guest satisfaction
• Ensure that you are fully aware of any relevant feedback from either guests or other departments
• Escalate any guest feedback quickly
• Respond to guest complaints, conduct research and resolve and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction, as needed
Key Requirements
• Responsible for supervising staff to ensure the smooth running and maximum profitability of the food & beverage departments.
• Encourage all staff to be passionate about the facilities and services of the hotel so that customers have a first class experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills & ability to deliver a high level of customer service
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Weekend and evening availability
• Excellent grooming standards
