Summary
Receptionist / trainee Administrator
This is an opportunity to play a lead role in one of the South West’s leading Sawmills.
Your duties will be to greet and assist customers in person or by phone.
You will also assist in other types of administrative tasks, and assist in the further growth of the business.
Knowledge of timber and timber products, both processing and manufacturing would be an advantage.
Although training will be provided in some specialised areas.
You should be able to work in Metric or Imperial dimensions and have the ability to problem solve on the go.
The successful candidate will, have a friendly and approachable disposition when dealing with Staff and customers.
I.T skills in accounts, MS Word, Outlook and Excel will be useful.
This is a full-time position. Many of the present employees have long service with the company.
The Sawmill is in a remote location; therefore, your own transport is essential.
A reference letter from your previous employer must be available if you are invited to an interview.
