2R3 Ltd is a thriving franchise operating under the esteemed Black Sheep Coffee brand, renowned for its commitment to high-quality, sustainably sourced specialty grade Robusta coffee. As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team; who will be responsible for implementing operational protocols, refining procedures, managing supply chains, and ensuring strict adherence to our brand's sustainability and quality standards.
Main duties include:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the seamless functioning of our franchise outlet.
- Oversee daily operations, including procurement, staffing, inventory management, and quality control measures.
- Optimize processes to enhance efficiency, minimize wastage, and reduce the carbon footprint of our operations.
- Manage and streamline supply chains to ensure consistent access to high-quality, sustainably sourced products.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement initiatives that further the company's sustainability goals and commitment to social responsibility.
Skills and Education:
- Proven two years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality, food and beverage, or retail industry, with a focus on operations management.
- Strong understanding of sustainable business practices and a commitment to implementing eco-friendly initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to identify and implement operational improvements.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for inventory management, scheduling, and reporting.
