I am looking for fantastic nurses on days & nights for an exceptional, luxury care home South of Edinburgh. This small provider with a handful of homes across the UK have a great reputation & a long standing management & nursing team so these opportunities are rare!
My client can offer 36 hours/week on days or 48 hours per week on nights.
The Role:
- full time hours
- Night shift covering 48 hours/pw & day shift covering 36 hours/pw
-Responsible for the assessment of nursing/care/support needs of service users
-Responsible for running the night shift
-Administer medication
-Liaise with GPs/Doctors and relatives
-Maintain all nursing records and keeping the residents Care Plans up to date.
Requirements:
-The successful candidate must be nurse qualified with a current UK PIN
-You will have good knowledge and experience within Dementia
-Previous experience within a nursing home is desired, not essential
-Personable and dynamic personality
