We are a highly respected and well-established provider of residential care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our residents. Situated in Lincoln, this medium-sized home has earned a strong reputation in the local community for providing compassionate and professional care.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our Clients team. As the Deputy Home Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home and the delivery of high-quality care services to the residents. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the ongoing success of this provicers home and make a positive impact on the lives of the residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the home, including staff management, resident care, and administrative duties.
• Support and supervise care staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
• Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents' care plans to ensure they are tailored to individual needs and preferences.
• Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals to ensure the holistic wellbeing of residents.
• Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of staff to enhance team performance and skill levels.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a similar role within the care sector.
• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care (desirable).
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements governing the care sector.
