As an Engineering Manager, you will report directly to the Site Manager, leading a team of six engineers and a coordinator with full autonomy to implement your vision.

- Strong engineering background and relevant qualifications.
- Proven experience in manufacturing plant maintenance.
- Demonstrable track record of improving production capacity via people and systems.
- Relevant managerial/leadership experience with a focus on CAPEX projects.
