Summary
Job Opportunity: Client Relations Officer.
Location: Blackburn
Type: Temp to Perm – Full Time 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £11.44 per hour
We are excited to be working with a new client assisting with the restructure of their client relations team. We are looking to speak with admin orientated professionals who are capable of delivering exceptional customer service in a seasonal high-volume business.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Demonstrable communication, negotiation & customer service skills.
• Professional & confident approach which is suitable for internal & external contact.
• Excellent IT skills – Typing, Office 365 etc.
• Working knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
• Ability to remain calm & polite under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to self-motivate and work as part of a busy team.
Role Responsibilities:
• Working closely with the manufacturing team, manage and develop systems to optimise lead times between customer orders and manufacturing planning.
• Day to day general customer admin activities, including but not limited to:
• Internal and external customer order processing.
• Direct customer communications to support all types of enquiries and order progressing.
• Co-Ordinate all Push flow and direct shipment transactions and activities to all Country D. C’s and direct shipment customers.
• Internal auditing in line with ISO quality, environmental and health & Safety standards.
• Responsible for the frequent review and updating of existing and new SAP domain data.
