ROLE: Property Lawyer
LOCATION: South East London
RATE: £45.00 to £50.00
CONTRACT: Initial 6 months with
Please note that this would require office attendance 1 day per week.
The Role of the Property Lawyer
- To manage a full caseload of property law matters through to completion
- Matters will include mainly landlord and tenant matters but with a wide variety of other commercial property and local government related property advice and transactions
- To assist more junior members of staff when required
The Person
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a current practising certificate
- Previous local authority and public sector experience would be required
- Managed full caseloads of commercial property matters through to completion
