Physical Training Instructor
RAF Brize Norton – OX18 3LX
Full time
Salary of £25,236 per annum plus benefits

At RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire, Serco has been providing multi-activity and engineering support since 1997. Serco proudly support the RAF and MoD, supplying around 20 different services onsite, from engine and aircraft maintenance, to fuelling and ground control services. RAF Brize Norton is the largest operating base within the Royal Air Force, providing air transport and air-to-air refuelling to the RAF fleet.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Physical Training Instructor at RAF Brize Norton. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of a variety of group exercise classes to encourage Serving Personnel and Gym Members to improve and maintain their physical activity levels, through attending fun and engaging group exercise classes. The PTI will also be responsible in the preparation and supervision of fitness schedules for individuals when required.


Main accountabilities:



- Leading fitness classes
- First aid on site if needed
- Ensuring the gym is kept up to standard
- Responsible for all fitness activities


What you'll need to do the role:


- Level 2 Fitness Instructor or Group fitness Instructor

Level 2 SpinningLevel 2 Circuits / HIIT Fitness CertificateIndoor / Outdoor Bootcamp CertificateKettlebell/Pad work CPDCIMSPA Professional MembershipFirst Aid trained
