Role Purpose
We are looking for an Estates Surveyor to join our Estates Strategy Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and developing our diverse estate and the delivery of our property rationalisation programme.

Essential
Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or other equivalent professional qualification or substantial relevant experience
A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post. * If you have a disability which precludes you from holding a drivers licence, Scottish Borders Council will take into account its responsibility to make reasonable adjustments to allow for your disability.
