Summary
The role will include working as an autonomous practitioner as well as working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, delivering minor illness management, urgent and planned care either by telephone, within the surgery or in patients home. Practitioners should work within their clinical competencies and will prescribe in line with the current formulary and guidelines. Other roles include supporting clinical colleagues, mentoring, and supporting clinical lead and management team to deliver 21st century healthcare.
