Summary
The post holder will bring a high level of expertise and structure to the contracting and commissioning process. Interpret and advise on national guidance and provide a leading role in advising on emerging healthcare policies. Develop contracts to ensure the delivery of the best possible outcomes for patients- meeting local and national priorities and commitments. Lead on the delivery of business cases and the development of Provider Frameworks across the CHC/CCC portfolio to support procurement, mobilization and implementation of new pathways of care working with ICS partners and wider stakeholders. Provide day to day overall operational management to the Business, Commissioning and Contracting Teams through direct line management of service leads.
