Summary
As a Senior Policy and Delivery Manager you will: Work with colleagues across the organisation to develop policy positions, completing rapid analyses on policy developments and making recommendations to inform the Observatorys strategy. Provide secretariat support to the RHO Stakeholder Engagement Group and provide leadership on the development of a new community participation model for the Observatory. Present the findings of research and other outputs to large and varied audiences, both digitally and in person, and represent the Observatory at conferences, working groups, and in other public forums. Write impactful policy briefings, blogs, and other outputs drawing attention to major policy initiatives, highlighting the potential impact of those changes for patients and the public.About you You will have a track record of delivering research or policy-related work that has led to change and have knowledge of the UK political environment contemporary health policy, including the workings of both DHSC and NHS England. Your other skills and experiences will include: experience of working on inequalities policy or related field. well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. ability to write accessible and compelling policy outputs to a high standard. demonstrable communication skills and the ability to build strong personal relationships.
