Summary
We are seeking an experienced receptionist/administrative assistant to join our friendly, dedicated and professional admin team on a part time basis.
Hours of work: 15 hours per week 8:00am – 4:00pm (Thursday and Friday's) TTO plus 2 inset days
The role involves mainly general office and administrative duties as well as being the welcoming face for one of our main receptions ensuring that all pupils, families and visitors enter and leave the building safely.
The successful applicant must have good communication and literacy skills, the ability to multi task, be able to demonstrate confidentiality, be friendly, efficient and enthusiastic and proficient in a wide range of IT skills including Word, Excel, the Internet and other databases.Please see attached our recruitment pack with more information.About New Fosseway School
