Summary
The role: You will help to deliver training to staff who work across health and social care services. The training focuses on making positive changes to reduce inequalities. You will be supported to share your lived experience in a way that is safe and comfortable for you. A successful candidate will be: autistic and/or have a learning disability confident to communicate in front of a group of people using your preferred communication method able to travel to your training venue, with support if required able to demonstrate respect to others before, during and after training sessions willing to keep learning and help to improve the way we deliver the training reliable, trustworthy and able to keep information confidential
