Summary
We are looking for a Early Years Childcarers to join our team. The role will involve providing cover at a variety of nurseries in the Manchester area.
We support nurseries for daily temporary staff in many areas of the North West
You will have complete flexibility over the hours you work each week. The suitable applicant must be able to support in the above areas (doesn't need to be all) and an adaptable approach to work.
The role is varied and As an Early Years Practitioner you will be able to broaden children's experiences through play activities, bringing your ideas and creativity into the role, and understand how to follow the children's lead to support their learning. You will be able to motivate and engage children, identifying areas for support. You will be familiar with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and of children’s development and day to day need across different ages. You should be a team player and be able demonstrate how to work together to protect the safety and mental wellbeing of young children. Most of all you will be friendly and fun, with a passion for providing amazing early years care.
Early Years Practitioner Specification:
Ideally Level 2 or 3 Early Years Qualified
Childcare Experience
A clear passion for working in childcare & committed to PPD
Great communication skills
Organised and timely
Paediatric First Aid training desirable.
DBS provided if required
